Difficulty Straight forward climb. avalanche danger, technical suprises some rocky sections false summits offers the final test before reaching the true summit. It is regarded to be the easiest mountain in Pakistan among 8000m peaks.  Most of the climbers use Broad peak as acclimating mountain for K2 because the way from Broad peak base camp to K2 base camp is just around 1 and half hours.
